Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email only ([email protected]). The programs or services that DOFitness provides will be terminated immediately and effectively, if cancellation request is made within the 1st month of program or service use. Please note that the program or service will NOT be terminated immediately if cancellation request is made after 30 days or within the NEXT month(s) of program or service use.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued according to the mode of payment used to purchase the program or service. If cancellation request is made within 30 days (1 month), a full refund will be processed and issued immediately. There will be no refunds (under any circumstances) if cancellation is made after 30 days of purchasing our program or service. Please be aware that DOFitness (“we” or “us” or “our”) is always happy to help you regardless of program cancellation.
